Shafts : SCM 440 pr-hardened, 250mm dia, 32mm wide double keyed

Rotors : SCM 440 mild steel, 550mm dia, doubled keyed and heat Shrunk to shaft

Knives : Enhanced machine tool steel 60-62 HRC

Wear Plate : SKD11 steel 82-90 Hs

Opening : 1,239mm x 1,312mm

2. Feed Rollers

Drive : Chain driven from main shredder shafts

Shafts : Mild steel 112mm Dia. x 1,954mm Long

Feeders : 12 per shaft

Drive Gears : SCM 420 hardened and toughened by our exclusive tool Steel process. 81-85 Hs in accordance with AGMA quality Class 5-6 specification

Lubrication : All gears and an oil bath/oil splash(lubricated) for Maximum Lubrication.
